Using biblical characters, hymns, prayers, Christian testimony and personal observations, this devotional guide seeks to recapture the 'glad tidings of great joy' which the angels proclaimed to the shepherds at the birth of Jesus. It is designed to be used by individuals, or with the support and encouragement of a group. Ideally each group member should make a commitment to use the personal devotional material each day.

The material can be used for five sessions in an existing housegroup or a special Advent group. It does not require a lot of preparation by a leader!. These pages will encourage and challenge you to experience anew the true joy of Jesus' birth.
