Paul Inwood worked for 14 years at the St. Thomas More Centre for Pastoral Liturgy in England, served five years as a cathedral organist, and another five years as a diocesan director of music.

He was based in Southern California from 1991 to 1995, but returned to England as director of music for the cathedral in the Diocese of Portsmouth, England, and later as Director of Liturgy for the diocese.
