Ashton United could become giant killers in a charity clash – but it’s all up to the fans to decide.

For footy followers can help their team win by digging deep and helping out Christie hospital at the same time.

The Music Corner in Ashton market is raffling off two guitars, one blue and one red, which have been signed by players of each club.

And the Ashton team have had a little extra help with Tameside boxing champ Ricky Hatton also signing their team guitar.

Raffle tickets cost £1 for five and for every £50 a team raises they score a goal; with all the money going to the cancer hospital.
