With so many web shops its good to know a little history about who you are dealing with and how long have they been around etc...

Last night I stumbled across our Internet history online at

Wow it brought back memories and shudders.

If you have some time to spare we have screen shots here going back to 2001. It is a laugh as I still remember sitting in front of my PC thinking "ok I have a domain name now what do I put on the page."

Our first recorded web site


May 2002 - We had our first Actinic Online store


November 2002 - Terms and conditions OK by Which magazine - a big boost for us.


January 2004 - We signed up with Harlequin Domains and had a more grown up site - almost like a teenager.


January 2004 - Actinic had become too full and we moved upto a php databse driven site. Wow - now we feel mature and Google granted us top rankings


... and Google granted us top rankings of 402 000 000 which always makes us grin like a cheshire cat - thank you
