The Music Corner are arranging a practice-athon to help rasie funds for the traders of Ashton Market Hall. The new market will not work if the traders are not trading and many of our neighbours in the market hall were not covered for fire. They lost everything.
The practice-athon is or all instruments including voice, bands, pop-groups, ensembles, orchestras, brass bands, choirs, wind bands, karaoke, football chants in fact anything musical to raise money for a NOTE-worthy cause.
Please note the council were fully insured and the Phoenix fund is to raise money for all the traders who were not insured for fire and have lost everything. This money is for the traders; NOT for a new market hall.
