Just wanted to say thanks for the excellent service!
Whoever says the 'personal touch' can't be achieved on the Internet obviously hasn't had dealings with you and your company. My seven year old has been singing his heart out with the tape and book, and I really appreciate your help in locating the right song in the right book.
