As required by 'The Distance Selling Regulations' you, the customer, has the right to "cancel" an order without giving a reason during the legal cancellation period defined below. The cancellation period in the case of contracts for the supply of goods begins with the day on which the contract is concluded. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of 7 working days, beginning on the "day after" the day on which the consumer receives the goods. This is a cooling off period. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel, please telephone John on 44 0161 303 9966 between 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. as soon as possible. We do offer a quick turn around on orders, if your goods have been despatched you the consumer, can be legally asked to return and pay for the cost of returning the goods in a traceable manner, i.e insured. This is part of our contract with you. We will refund the cost of the goods only less a 10% handling charge. Any postage/ courier charges will not be refunded. Goods will only be refunded when they have been received back at our distribution centre or shop in good re-sellable condition. In other words, we request that you, consumer, return the goods at their own expense, in good condition and traceable, however if you do not do so, a deduction will be made from the refund to cover the direct cost of collecting the goods and if required repairing the goods. ************************************************ The following items cannot be returned as unwanted.
