Has your UK order not arrived? If your goods were sent by standard 1st class post, this means that once it has left Music Corner the only way to 'track' the goods is by contacting your local post office/ sorting office. Many packets are too large for the standard post box so they are either left somewhere or taken back to the depot. You should have a card through the door advising you of this, but not all postal workers abide to this guidance. 1st class post can take 1-10 days but is not declared as lost for 4 weeks. If it is truly lost in the post, and 28 days have passed since despatch, then Music Corner will replace the goods but the company needs to know in writing or email that the above guidelines have been followed. All Parcel force deliveries are insured for up to £150.00 Additional insurance for Parcel Force will be added to all orders. To claim insurance Music Corner need to know if something has not been delivered within 14 days of the expected delivery date. After this Music Corner cannot claim and will be unable to refund any costs to you. Should you have elected not to include extra insurance Music Corner cannot refund if the goods are lost. Has your overseas order not arrived? It is important to note that Music Corner do not offer any guarantee that the items will arrive. Music Corner will post them and obtain proof of posting of each overseas item posted. It is up to you to pursue your claim from the postal service if it does not arrive. Returns Lost in the Post A postal certificate should be obtained in all cases of returned goods. This is in case the returned item is mislaid by the post office. If the parcel containing the returned goods does not arrive with Music Corner, this certificate is required to claim from the post office. The amount recovered from the postal service will then be refunded to your card, not the full amount of the goods. To ensure the full amount is refunded the item will have to be returned by recorded delivery. With unwanted larger items Music Corner can arrange collection and this cost will be deducted from the refunded amount. The cut off point for a claim against non-delivery items is 28 days. After this time we will not make any refunds. |
