If you need to cancel your order please let us know by email quoting your order ID. We do not take cancellations over the phone. If you do not have a reply within 48 hours it means we have not received notification; please resend the email. You cannot cancel orders for handmade goods and very large orders in size, cost and quantity. Orders cannot be assumed canceled till a confirmation email has been received back to you. Orders dispatched cannot be cancelled without a 10% handling charge. Courier or postage will not be refunded if the goods have left.
