We understand it is so important to get everything just right at Christmas. If you want to be sure of stock, please call 0161 303 9966 to check stock or order status and we will get back to you if needed.

This is just a brief guide to help with the questions that so often are in the back of the mind.

• If you would like to send the item to a 3rd party address please pay by BACS or IBACS.
• If you want to place an International order paying by IBACS will make everything a lot quicker.
•  Please allow a minimum of 7 days for delivery. There is good chance it will be delivered quicker but please allow this time.
• Christmas despatches with be made for the last UK posting dates. We do carry on despatching goods till December 24th and will continue to notify you.
• If you would prefer your goods sent by parcel force instead of the general post there charge is £8.75 and it will have a unique tracking number. To select this option please say let us know in customer comments and we will call you.
• This time of year the amount of post is huge, if your parcel has not turned up please check with your local sorting office first.
